Placeholder document — have a lawyer review for your jurisdiction
This text is a starting point, not legal advice. Final terms must be reviewed by qualified counsel based on the country and business form you operate under. Replace the placeholders before going live.
What we will not build
The following is permanently disallowed at 3li:
- Selfbots or any automation that uses a user account
- Raid tools, mass-DM tools, or anti-Discord harassment systems
- Spam tools, including fake-engagement and view-bot systems
- Token grabbers, account hijacking tools, or anything that captures credentials
- Phishing pages, credential-collection forms, or fake-login UI
- Tools that bypass Discord's rate limits, captcha, or other protective controls
- Tools that purchase, scrape, or fabricate fake members, fake reactions, or fake activity
- Anything that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Anything that violates applicable law in the relevant jurisdictions
Why we say no, every time
Tools that abuse Discord get servers banned, accounts terminated, and reputations damaged. They also harm the communities they touch. The long-term cost always exceeds the short-term gain. We say no, and we explain why.
What we will build
Anything that operates within platform rules and serves the people in the community: server architecture, custom bots with proper permissions, moderation systems, branded design, ToS-compliant automation, integrations using official APIs, websites, dashboards, and software.
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using our work in violation of this policy, email hello@3loy.com with details. We investigate and act.
