These documents describe how 3li currently operates, provided in good faith for transparency. They are not legal advice. For obligations specific to your country or situation, consult a qualified lawyer.
1. Information we collect
When you submit the quote form or email us, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your Discord username if you provide one
- The brief, budget, and timeline you share
- Standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for abuse prevention and rate limiting
We do not use third-party analytics that profile individuals. We do not store payment card numbers; payment processing happens with your chosen provider.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your message and provide a quote
- To deliver the services you commission
- To send transactional updates about your project (status, invoice, delivery)
- To prevent abuse, spam, and brute-force attacks
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for unrelated marketing.
3. Where data lives
Project data lives on Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and in owner-operated mailboxes. If a project requires a database, the provider used is documented in that project's brief.
4. Security practices
- HTTPS everywhere with automatic certificate management
- Server-side validation on every form submission
- Webhook signature verification for any payment integration
- Secrets stored in environment variables, never in source
- Rate limiting and IP-based abuse defense
- OWASP-aware development practices
5. Cookies
This website does not set tracking cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be used for security and for remembering your language and currency preference.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@3loy.com. Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California, and others), you may have additional rights. Final scope of rights is confirmed once business registration is finalized.
7. Children
This service is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Retention
Quote submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Project records are retained for as long as required for tax and legal compliance after project completion. Server logs are rotated frequently.
9. Changes
We update this policy as practices evolve. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
