Refund policy
This policy explains when refunds are issued for 3li services. Our default stance: full refund before work begins, case-by-case once started, fair in every direction.

Before work begins
If you cancel before any work has started on your project, we refund the full amount paid. "Work has started" means we have begun design, configuration, code, or any other deliverable.
Once work has started
Refunds are handled case-by-case based on what has been delivered. Typical outcomes:
- If we cannot deliver what was scoped, we refund the unworked portion in full.
- If you cancel partway through, we invoice for time and materials spent and refund the rest.
- If a deliverable was completed and accepted, that portion is non-refundable.
What never qualifies for a refund
- Third-party costs (hosting, domain, payment provider fees) we paid on your behalf
- Work delivered and accepted in writing
- Requests made after delivery that are out of the original scope
Discord platform changes
If Discord changes its API, terms, or features in a way that breaks a delivered system, we will work with you on a good-faith path forward. Such changes are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund of completed work.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, we will discuss it in writing and aim for a fair outcome. If we still disagree, the dispute terms in the Terms of Service apply.
