Placeholder document — have a lawyer review for your jurisdiction
This text is a starting point, not legal advice. Final terms must be reviewed by qualified counsel based on the country and business form you operate under. Replace the placeholders before going live.
1. Who we are
3li is an independent studio offering Discord systems and software development services. The business form, registered name, and address are pending finalization. Until that information is published here, contractual counterparty details will be confirmed in writing before any work begins.
2. Services
We provide design, development, and configuration services as described on the services pages. Specific scope, deliverables, and price for any engagement are confirmed in a written quote before work starts. The quote is the controlling document for that engagement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to commission services that violate the law or any third-party platform's Terms of Service. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of disallowed work, including selfbots, raid tools, fake-engagement systems, credential theft, and anything else that violates Discord's Terms of Service.
4. Payment
Prices are in US dollars by default; the website displays converted SAR amounts when that currency is selected. Accepted methods are PayPal, supported cryptocurrencies, and manual invoice. Specific terms are described in the Payment Policy. All payments are processed by third-party providers; we never store card numbers, CVCs, or expiration dates.
5. Intellectual property
Source code and assets created specifically for an engagement transfer to you on full payment, under a perpetual license to use, modify, and deploy. Pre-existing libraries, tooling, and any open-source components we incorporate remain licensed under their original terms.
6. Confidentiality
Information you share for the purpose of an engagement is treated as confidential. We will not share project specifics with third parties without consent, except as required to operate the project (for example deployment platforms or payment processors).
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation of any third-party platform, including Discord. We are not liable for losses caused by changes Discord or other platforms make to their APIs, terms, or features.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. On termination, we invoice for work completed up to the termination date. Refund handling on termination follows the Refund Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for a reasonable period.
10. Governing law
Governing law and dispute-resolution venue depend on the final business registration. Until that is confirmed, any dispute will be resolved through good-faith discussion in writing first, then by mutually agreed venue.
